Okan Aluminum Company specializes in the rehabilitation, development, operation and management of aluminum factories, in addition to the molds and wires laboratory of Ur General Engineering Industries Company, located in Dhi Qar Governorate, about 380 kilometers south of Baghdad. Rolling mill:

Established in 1978 in collaboration with the French company CLECIM to produce multi-purpose strips, sheets and discs with a design capacity of 16,500 tons per year. The factory extends over an area of 8,855 square meters.
Extrusion plant:

It consists of two specialized production lines for producing different aluminum sections used in the manufacture of doors, windows, and bars in different sizes.
Extrusion/1: Established in 1979 with a design capacity of 3,700 tons per year.
Extrusion/2: Established in 1993 with a design capacity of 4,500 tons per year.
Oxidation plant/1:

Established in 1979 in cooperation with the French company SCECIM to treat aluminum profiles with a layer of AL2O3 for protection against weathering, with the possibility of coloring the product according to customer requirements. The plant's production capacity is 3,600 tons per year.
